The mission of the Rankin County School District Human Resource Department is to:

-- Assist in the employment of outstanding individuals from a culturally diverse community.

-- Provide the resources and services that will enable employees to achieve success, satisfaction, accomplishment and pride in fulfilling the mission of the district.

-- Establish cost effective, efficient procedures for the operation of employee services.
