PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR YOUR STUDENT!!
Online registration supplies the school office with crucial information regarding your child. Emergency contacts, authorized persons to check out, and medical information are pulled from the information you enter online.
Snapcodes must be picked up from the school before you can register online. Snapcodes will only be released to the child's guardian after two acceptable proofs of residency have been submitted to the school office.
Students that are new to the Brandon Zone are required to submit more information before completing online registration. Please refer to the link below for a list of required documents.

2014-2015 School Supply Lists
Please help Rankin County School District gather signatures for the Better Schools Better Jobs initiative to go on the ballot November2015. If this amendment passes this will require the Legislature to fully fund the Mississippi Adequate Education Fund (MAEP). If RCSD had been fully funded from MAEP, RCSD would have received over $36 million additional money over the last four years.
This proposal offers our legislators a way to achieve full funding without raising taxes. It recommends they use at least 25 percent of new growth to the General Fund and put that money into MAEP until over a period of a few years, MAEP is where it should be. Then, the Legislature must continue K-12 funding at least at that level forever.
