The Instructional Specialists for our school district have been assigned to specific schools to do the following:
- Assist teachers with implementation of the district initiatives
- Analyze test scores and develop programs to target needs
- Provide demonstration lessons
- Conduct peer coaching sessions
- Organize curriculum mapping
- Perform other duties related to school improvement
