The Highland Bluff Elementary School has been created to address the learning needs of the students residing in the Northwest Rankin Attendance Zone in Rankin County School District. As a new school, it is equipped with the best materials and staffed with outstanding teachers who are highly qualified in his or her field of certification. Our school staff has the academic and personal success of each student as the primary focus of the instructional program. We employ every resource available to individualize instruction and to meet the learning needs of each student. We have a highly interactive staff of enrichment teachers who are experts in their fields and assume leadership positions in the school programs. As the principal, I am delighted to join with the Highland Bluff staff to serve the students of Highland Bluff Elementary and I am very proud to be a part of such an outstanding community in Rankin County.
