to give two extra 100's

for Language Arts skill-building.

Classroom winners were judged

and announced on January 13.

The top school-wide winners competed

at the District level on January 22.

Picture Yourself at The Library!

All of the above photos were taken during the first two weeks of school in 2009-10.

These second and third grade children were very well-behaved and interested

in discovering everything they could about their brand-new Library!

Ms. Johnson took some of her classes outside for their reading time.

Some of Mrs. Farris' classes created artwork to go along with the books that she read to them.

All of the students enjoyed the special "hanging out" space in the StoneBridge Elementary Library

where they could plop down on the beanbag chairs and read a Library book!

Parents and grandparents, please come by and see the Library

whenever you visit StoneBridge Elementary!

You'll find it to be a happy, peaceful place, filled with the sounds of children discovering and loving books!

Oh, and be sure to find Library Lion and give him a hug!

Your Lovely Librarians,  Mrs. Susan Farris, Ms. Olivia Johnson, and Mrs. Lori Clendinning
