Welcome to the announcements portion of our webpage. I will try to update frequently with the information that is being told to the students on the intercom each morning and afternoon. Hope this helps you keep informed with the life of our Middle School family!

The Student Council will be raising funds for Muscular Dystrophy Association this Friday. You may purchase suckers for $1 donation. For $5 donations your name will be entered in a drawing for a GameStop gift card J

Band members are selling Coke products through this Friday! Yay!

Don’t forget lunch money each day! If you have borrowed lunch money PLEASE return to the front office! Remember you can deposit money online at www.mealpayplus.com

REMINDER: There is a recycling bin for plastic bottles in the cafeteria. Do your part to GO GREEN!

Rankin County School District and NotifyMySchool.com have teamed up to keep you better informed! Now, you can receive text messages and email reminders about important school events. It’s easy to sign-up. Just follow the steps to begin service.

1. Go to www.rcsd.ms and click link.

2. Enter the code: nwrm and click the “Submit” button

3. Enter a valid email address (you must have access to that email at this time)

4. DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER; a code will be sent immediately to your email address

5. Enter the emailed code and click the “Submit” button

6. Edit the contact information and “Add New Student” IMPORTANT: ONLY do Middle School students for this code… Each school will have a different code for those siblings.

RCSD Will NOT charge you for this service; however, you are responsible for any charges from your mobile service provider.

Phone calls will be used ONLY for emergencies. It will be a recorded message so this number will need to be answered personally.
