Free & Reduced Meals Information

  • The Rankin County School District participates in the National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs. Based on your family's economic needs, free or reduced price meals may be provided for your child. ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE! Paper applications will be available at your child's school cafeteria, office or the Rankin County Child Nutrition Office. After submission of a completed application, the application will be processed. You will be notified if your child is eligible to receive these benefits.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
