Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts program includes classroom and hands-on lab experiences in a commercial kitchen that will prepare students for employment or continuing education in the food service industry.  The culinary arts program incorporates the National Restaurant Associations ProStart learning objectives.  Students will learn about many of the aspects of the culinary, restaurant and hospitality industry to include front-of-the house and back-of-the house skills.
