Tuition

Frontiers is a tuition-based program. Tuition covers all program expenses and can be paid at sites via personal check or money order as students are picked up from Frontiers.

• Tuition is always due on the first school day of each month and must be paid, in full, by the 5th of each month - regardless of the child’s attendance on this day.
  • If the 5th falls on a holiday or weekend, tuition is due the next school day (regardless of the child’s attendance) to avoid late fees and suspension.
    • Exceptions due to extended school holidays:
      • FALL BREAK: October tuition is due/drafted on the Thursday before FALL BREAK.   
      • CHRISTMAS BREAK: January tuition is due/drafted on the 3rd school day after the break, if school is not in session January 5th. 
• Tuition remains the same regardless of school holidays and secures a child’s spot for the entire month regardless of how often he or she attends.
• All spots are considered full-time. There are no “drop in” rates or discounts for multiple children in a family.

Current Rates & Fees

Registration: $25 per child, due annually (non-refundable, non-transferable) 

General Tuition: $160 per child, per month 

RCSD Employee Rate: $140 per child, per month 

Late Pick-Up Fee: $1 per minute, per family, per site

Late Tuition Fee: $40 per payor

Insufficient Check or Bank Drafts: $40 per declined item 

• Parents can pay tuition via check or money order at student pick up.
  • Families with children at more than one site must have a separate payment at each site. 
• Cash is only accepted at our Administrative Office (135 S. College Street, Brandon).
• We do not accept childcare vouchers. 

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT INFORMATION

Auto Draft always starts in September. August tuition must be paid at sites via check or money order. 

• Tuition deadline/draft date is on the 5th of each month.
  • If the 5th falls on a weekend, tuition must be paid/will be set to draft on the next school day.
  • If the 5th falls on a school holiday, tuition must be paid/will beset to draft on the next school day - with the exception of October and January, due to extended school holidays.
    • OCTOBER TUITION deadline/draft date is the Thursday before Fall Break.
    • JANUARY TUITION deadline/draft date is the 3rd school day after the break, if school is not in session January 5th.     
  • Requests to stop automatic bank drafts must be submitted, in writing, no later than one week prior to the 1st school day of the effective month. Drafts cannot be stopped once submitted.
