Back to School Health Reminders
The start of the school year can bring excitement and new beginnings. It can also bring coughs, colds and other respiratory illnesses. Follow these guidelines to stay healthy and at school!
Be sure to cover coughs and sneezes and wash your hands with soap and water or alcohol based cleansers frequently.
If you are sick with respiratory symptoms such as cough, runny nose and fever stay home until you are fever free for 24 hours (without the use of fever reducing medications) and your symptoms are resolving. This is the recommendation for respiratory viruses including Covid per the CDC.
