Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Quintin Hartt

This morning during the board meeting, we proudly recognized Quintin Hartt of Northwest Rankin High School for receiving the Legion of Valor Bronze Cross for Achievement — one of the highest honors awarded to Army JROTC Cadets nationwide.

Out of more than 300,000 Cadets across the country, only about 25 are selected each year for this prestigious recognition, based on academic excellence, leadership, and service.

We are incredibly proud of Cadet Hartt for representing Northwest Rankin High School and RCSD with excellence, dedication, and pride!
