Lindy Callahan Scholarship Honoree

We were proud to recognize Wilkes Carter of Puckett High School during today’s board meeting as a recipient of the Lindy Callahan Scholarship, presented through the MHSAA. This prestigious honor celebrates student-athletes who excel in academics, leadership, and character.

Rankin County competes in District 6, which includes 50 schools across eight districts, making this recognition especially meaningful. This honor reflects not only Wilkes’ outstanding achievement, but also the strength of our programs across RCSD. We are incredibly proud of him and the example he sets both on and off the field!
