Rankin County School District Announces Ribbon-Cutting Event to Celebrate Completion of the Richland Upper Elementary School Bond Issue Project

Richland Upper Elementary, Richland, Mississippi, January 2020 – The Rankin County School District welcomed guests to commemorate the completion of the Richland Upper Elementary School Bond Issue Project with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Richland Upper Elementary School. The dedication took place on January 23, 2020 at 9:30 am.

They received six additional classrooms, an electrical upgrade, new intercom/fire alarm, security cameras for doors/halls, secure entry, Mechanical Upgrades, reroof, toilet renovations, additional serving line, ceilings, lights, flooring, as needed, special needs playground, drainage, additional toilets.
