Student Registration Information
Welcome to the new school year!
Returning Students – 2025–2026 School Year
If your child attended any Rankin County School District school during the 2024–2025 school year, you will receive an email with your child’s unique Snapcode. This allows you to confirm or update your child’s information for the upcoming school year without starting from scratch.
Important: Your child’s registration is not complete until updated proof of residency and any other required documents have been reviewed and approved by the school or district office.

RETURNING Student Online EnrollmenT
New Students – 2025–2026 School Year
If your child is new to the Rankin County School District for the 2025–2026 school year, you will need to complete online registration. Before we can send you the registration email (which includes your child’s Snapcode), you must first submit the following documents to your child’s school:
- Birth Certificate
- Two Proofs of Residency
- Mississippi Immunization Form 121
- Most recent Report Card and/or Transcript from their previous school
- Any applicable legal documents (e.g., custody papers)
Once the school registrar receives all required documents, they will email you the Snapcode needed to begin online registration. Please submit your documents as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
